The 51 TD has a rolling chassis.

1953 TD that needs restored.
Engine number 25200, body number 25098.
The body is good, The cowl side under the windshield mount is pretty pitted. The door and tub wood is gone. The front end had been taken apart but it is roughly assembled because I had to take it to DMV. The seats are in good condition with black upholstery. The top is there but not in good shape. The engine has been completely taken apart. Everything was tagged and bagged. I had the block and crank hot tanked and magnafluxed. It now has some surface rust. It had been sitting in a shed in Southern Oregon for 36 years before I got it. The original tires hold air and the car can be rolled around. I am selling it for . No trades or payments. I do not want to part it out.

A laminated boot cover has been developed which serves as a platform for a third brake light (Photo #1), as well as options for a windscreen (Photo #3) and headrests (Photo #4). The cover is hinged to allow the top to be stored or raised (Photo #2) and has no affect effect on the operation of the top and can be removed quickly. The third brake light adds an extra measure of safety for you and your passengers. The windscreen not only reduces the effect of wind on the occupants of the MG, but it also reduced the wind noise inside the vehicle. The headrests are an added benefit for cars which do not have existing headrests. Customization is available and encouraged.

Classic British Sports Car
The Enthusiasts' Guide to Buying a Classic British Sports Car aims to be not only a buyer’s guide but also a reference book for Classic British Sports Cars. He involved hundreds of enthusiasts and experts in the many classic car clubs in the UK as well as the Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon in compiling the information contained in the book.
It is an 184-page hardback book and contains 600 black and white photos. It covers the major British manufacturers’ models launched between 1945 and the early 1980s. In total there are about 150 models covered. In the case of MG, the book covers the MG TC/TD/TF, MGA, MGB, MG Midget, MGC and MGB GT V8. They all get 2 pages each except for the Midget (3 pages) and MGB (4 pages).
